LEADERSHIP

Led by Michelle Han

Michelle brings a combination that no other China supply chain advisor offers: she has managed cross-border supply chain strategy inside a $15B global consumer goods company, and she has personally managed a Chinese manufacturing facility on the factory floor.

At Reckitt, she led the US-China cross-border e-commerce business, managing growth, profitability, and global cross-functional operations. At The Vitamin Shoppe, she built predictive models generating $40M in incremental sales, managed a $40M marketing budget, and personally launched the Vitamin Shoppe brand in China — handling web, marketing, logistics, and supply chain end-to-end.

She holds an MS in Business Administration from the University of Rochester Simon Graduate School of Business and a BS from Renmin University of China.
